Data You Provide
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party search provider that powers sponsored results. We do not store those searches on our own servers. If you send us a message, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond.
Automatic Site Data
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use that information in aggregate to keep the site available, diagnose errors, and understand which Banning record pages visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
The data described above is used to operate the site, fix technical issues, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell a visitor list. We do not create individual user profiles from your activity on this site.
Outside Website Links
Banning People Search links to city, county, court, state, library, and third-party search resources. Those outside websites have their own privacy policies. Information you submit to the Banning City Clerk, Riverside County ACR, Riverside Superior Court, the California Secretary of State, or a sponsored search provider is controlled by that outside site, not by us.
Who May Process Data
Service providers that host, secure, and support this website may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described in this policy. We may disclose information if valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Data Security
The site is served through an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting, and related purposes. Because the site has no user accounts, it does not hold a password-protected profile for you.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete what we control.
Your Data Rights
Depending on your residence, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain personal data held by a business. The California Delete Act and the California Privacy Protection Agency's DROP system also affect registered data brokers. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to checking contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Banning, Riverside County, California agencies, courts, or libraries are outside our control and must be addressed to the custodian.
Policy Updates
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after a posted change means you accept the updated policy.
